A little background about the author

Before I get into the details of this conference, I'd like to present a little background about myself. Please understand that the I use the term AUTHOR very loosely.  I do have an education and consider myself a fairly-intelligent person.  However, I am in no way a REAL AUTHOR. I'm just a simple guy who wants to share his passion with other people in hopes that those people will actually derive something from this minor effort. I don't work in this field, I don't spend a lot of money or stand out in the crowd to protest against those who don't believe. I'm am just a person whose curiosity was sparked and I wanted to take a little time to look into it.

I also practice amateur Astronomy. But I'm not your typical scientifically-minded person. I don't only see the world as black & white. I see all the shades of grey in between. I'm also not an analytical person either. I don't practice any religion nor do I care to. I don't think I'm going to hell for it either. I just believe that there is something more to life than what has been prescribed to me so far. We all, at some point, look up at the sky and feel this very deep sense of foreboding. We want to know why. WHY, dammit?! Why?! :) Well...

On a normal night , about a year and a half ago. It was a night like any other night. A special on the television came on. The TV Special, of course, involved a mass UFO sighting in Phoenix, Arizona. It is now known as "The Phoenix Lights". As I watched this show, it gave me chills the whole time. Well, this was after I saw how many people saw this object, how big it was, and then how the military and local governmentals tried to play it off. After the show, I went outside to tend to my dog and looked up and it hit me. "I bet if I start searching on the Internet , that there will be a TON of information on this and I could learn more about it". Man was I right!

Now, don't get me wrong. I know there are people out there who are crazy. There are also many liars too who just get their kicks from tricking other people. And then there are even those who purposely trick those who believe in UFOs to try and "show them" there's nothing to it. I get all that. However, if you start to scratch the surface of some of this stuff, you see very credible people out there who are risking their reputations to state what they believe is the truth.

A very good and very smart friend of mine once told me that saying what you believe doesn't necessarily mean that its true. I'm paraphrasing here. But I get his point. Just because you think it's true doesn't mean that it fits with other peoples' perception of reality. I accept and understand that. And I take that with me on my journey.

Now, let's move on to the UFO stuff. So immediately I started investigating the UFO topic on the 'net. The first things that I stumbled onto were videos dealing with FAA recordings of commercial airline pilots calling in sightings they were having. I never knew this until then but these recordings are public domain and anyone can listen to them or request their own copies. I also watched a lot of random UFO sighting videos but it's SO hard to tell the real from the fake on YouTube so I kept looking.

The next thing that I discovered was stories about contact. In particular, stories about people who maybe remember seeing something in the sky or following them behind their car and such. This is where I started getting the chill bumps and it pulled me right in.

I found people who worked for the military, with the highest clearance you could get talk about how the govt is hiding info about UFOs from the people. Not only the US but other countries around the world. I've heard stories of people who came forward and were threatened.

An example would be a guy named Bob Lazar who says he worked in the S4 area of Area 51 and took part in reverse-engineering a UFO the miltary (Air Force) had captured.

Another example is of Dr Roger Leir, Podiatrist, who in his own words says that "beyond the shadow of a doubt, there is definite evidence for the existence of technology from other worlds present on this planet". He was able to extract implants from some of his patients that were examined in a laboratory and contained elements that do not exist! This video is from a recent conference where he discusses this and more.

A final example is of the plethora of sightings in Hessdalen, Norway. At first the town's people were laughed at just like anywhere in the world right now. However, the ridicule stopped when the sightings started happening on a consistent basis and MANY people were able to catch these phenomena on varying types of media. Not only that, but scientists of one of the local Universities took an interest and actually were able to catch the UFOs and gather data on them. This is exactly what is needed! Serious scientists willing to take a hard look at it and not just say "it doesn't exist" without examining the evidence that DOES exist. Eventually , the sightings decreased but the small lab they set up in Hessdalen still exists today and you can even monitor the area with a live webcam.

Now the story gets even more intense. In this particular area, I really got pulled in for good and I haven't looked back since. This would be the area where people claim they've been abducted and experimented upon. I know. I know. It seems like sci-fi. However, there are so many people out there who are telling the exact same story and are very believable. Now this is really serious stuff so let me just say that after much reading of books, youtube videos, personal account websites and so on that I do believe this is happening. I personally have spoken with two people who have told me about their own experience and looked me in the eyes and said it is real.

So how does this happen? How do I read a book that tells me about this? Well, someone like Dr. David Jacobs, formerly of Temple University, puts someone under hypnosis. He asks them to recount a moment when s/he might have had some strange experience where they could not recall the whole thing. After many years and many clients, he has written books about the commonalities of what all of these people have had to say about their experiences. And, he makes very sure that he does not lead them into some UFO fantasy in the process. You see, people have a way of remembering more about any moment in their lives under hypnosis as the conscious mind. Here is a mind-blowing interview with Dr. Jacobs via YouTube.

What these people are recounting over and over is that they have been abducted , since their youth, by these gray, small, creatures who force them to not be able to move, shout , or react in any way, shape, or form. They are taken to a ship, yes, up into the sky where they are then examined head-to-toe. Then they are ultimately taken for one purpose and one purpose alone: Reproduction. The method varies but it goes from having to have relations with a humanoid ET or they are implanted. Once they're released from the ship, their memories are wiped. The baby is then removed right around the first trimester and then incubated in these liquid-filled chambers until they are ready to be "born". Many people have said that they were forced to physically HOLD these children. Some people have reported utter disgust to a deep, passionate sense of love for these children. The children are a "transgenic" mix of human male/female and alien DNA, it is believed. And like even our own attempts at genetics, some do not come out looking right. Some have an appearance of being very sickly and weak. But don't let this fool you. They have been doing this, many believe, since the 40s-50s or even way before and there are many of them who have grown to what we would consider adulthood. They are either used to assist on the ship or maintain relationships with their humans in order to learn about how humans function. I know it sounds crazy but it is what it is.

So there are plenty of other credible authors who have had similar experiences and have told the world about them. Some of these authors are Whitley Streiber who wrote two famous books that were turned into movies: Wolfen and The Hunger. He also wrote one of the first alien abduction books "Communion".

Then there's Budd Hopkins. Budd was originally a very successful artist in New York City until he started meeting people who claimed to be seeing UFOs on a regular basis. He and Dr. David Jacobs both started around the same time and collaborated together on their stories, methods and such. Budd really opened a lot of doors into this field through his books, support meetings he established and more. I read one of his books called "Sight Unseen" where he talks a lot about how the ETs have some sort of technology that allows them to invisible and undetectable to our technology and our own two eyes.

You've also got Dr. Karla Turner who was a an English professor at a University. She and her husband were both abducted regularly until they noticed that they were experiencing weird levels of stress for no apparent reason. Dr. Karla was lucky enough to have gone to a Psychiatrist(to talk about her stressful life) and this Psych taught her how to self-hypnotize herself and through this she radically changed her life by seeing what was really going on before her memory was wiped by her visitors. She went on to write about 4 books and gave several lectures which are all still out there on the web. She is now deceased.

In one of her audios, "Voices of the Taken", she interviews all women and each one of them are just simple, country women who don't want or know anything about this topic. Each one of them tell almost the exact same story from the abductions, sexual encounters, to the black helicopters that surrounded their houses and shook the pictures off their walls. If you watch any of her youtube lectures you can clearly see that this woman was not lying and did not care that she was perhaps putting her reputation on the line. She was very well-spoken and I highly recommend you look into her body of work. you can download and read her books for free. They are Taken: Inside the Alien-Human Abduction Agenda , Masquerade of Angels, Into the Fringe.

And finally, I can't finish off this post without mentioning my favorite UFO researcher, Dr. John E. Mack, a professor of Psychiatry at Harvard University. What Dr. Mack did was so incredibly useful to the field. He showed that through taking on several abductees(aka Experiencers) and going through psycho-analysis with them that they were 1) not lying and they were 2) not CRAZY. In "Passport to the Cosmos" he interviews Shaman from around the world who have had epxeriences of their own. He also talks about and interviews a group of school children in South Africa who all claim to have seen a ship land, aliens come out, and confront them. They said the aliens told them they were abusing the planet and that it must stop. This is another common claim people make when they have contact with the visitors.

So I went from not really believing any of this stuff to at least having an open mind about wanting to know what other people around the world say about their experiences. I don't WANT people to call me crazy. I never once thought this would be something that ended up consuming a lot of my time. But, there is definitely something more to all of this and I want to know more.

I think about like this. What if you could go back into time and try to convince people that the world was indeed ROUND and not flat? Or what about that we revolve around the sun and we are NOT the center of the universe? It would be very difficult to make these people believe a reality that was very different than what was obvious to their eyes at that time. So try and see that our perception is still limited and we are so very young with so much more to learn about this world.

I will be reporting to you the things that I experience at the IUFOC this year and I hope that you enjoy it and gain even the most remote piece of information from it.

Best,
Alec B.
