Richard Dolan(RD) is going to talk to us about what the world might be like after the whole topic of UFOs is out in the open. This is an awesome topic because it's going to make us question what we believe GOD and the Universe is made of and where it came from. RD is obviously very intelligent, well spoken, and you can tell he thinks through things all the way. He uses examples from human history. I think that's really nice.

The first topic, he showed an extensive list of Cover-up memos and such (similar to wiki-leaks) where the government obviously was discussing the topic of UFOs. He even gave examples of where a General officially said that it is "real, not visionary or fictitious". I find this amazing yet people still tend to not take this one man's word for it.

He shows where UFOs showed up and shut down nuclear missile silos. Of course we the people don't hear about this stuff unless its through these types of sources. Additionally, this is the third presenter who talks about this. He also talked about the encounter in Tehran, Iran where a pilot confronted and tried to fire a missile at the UFO but to only find that the missile systems were completely shut down. Then the UFO took off at break-neck speeds. This happened in the 70s when there wasn't (and still isn't ) the technology to travel at those speeds. A quote from a modern-day pilot is "This blue-ish object came down at an 80 degree angle then stop!. Then the blue-ish object shot away at speeds that outclassed the F-16 by many times". What was even more odd is that this object did not exist on the radar.

In 2008, in Stephenville, TX, many people saw an object that "was big enough for us to land an entire fleet of jets on top of it". The AirForce in that area , at first did not lay claim to this sighting but then did claim they were running exercises. This happens time and time again where the military doesn't really know what to do. The odd thing about this is that the government has shown in the past the ability to be able to , on a drop of a dime, show up out of nowhere and take over scenarios. Even George Filer , another presenter at this conference, gave an example of this. And these people who showed up, by the way, were from Wright-Patterson AFB.

So this brings into question that despite the fact that the AirForce may seem to flip flop, there are most definitely very organized areas in the military/govt that deal with this. And, it seems, that this topic is as classified as the H-bomb.

RD gave more examples of some very influential people who had direct involvement with UFOs. Soem of them were Wilbert Smith, Robert Sarbacher, Dr. Eric Walker. These people were involved with high level military & civilian positions.

Another example is about Vice Admiral Thomas R. Wilson. Edgar Mitchell(and a few others I didn't catch) met with the Admiral to discuss the topic of Deep Black (black projects) that involved UFOs in hopes that it would be brought out a bit more. RD did an interview and surprised him and told the admiral about the topic and how he had confirmation about some of his involvement. The Admiral then very quickly hung up on him. RD said it was very obvious he was involved in these programs to some degree but could not really say anything about it. RD is talking pretty quickly here so I may be missing a few details but you are definitely getting the point!

He, like Robert Dean yesterday brought up the FACT that the government, many years before, has "lost" BILLIONS of dollars. Vanished is not really the word here. We KNOW that it didn't vanish and the govt has the audacity that we would believe it just disappeared. RD did mention that the financial systems are sort of a discombobulated mess and that it only makes sense that money COULD go away but not at this level. The problem with this is later, the pentagon got the "missing money" amount down to zero. ZERO! Really? It's like a kid who gets Fs in school and then all of a sudden gets an "A". Kathryn Austin Fitz is a very good writer of whose work you can learn about the topic of black budget. He recommends her writings. He also recommends to check out Confessions of an Economic Hitman by John Perkins.

He says that it doesn't end here. Black Projects are nested one within another and it's not easy at all to figure out. He called it a Byzantine-structure that is hard-to-understand.

So the question is, who is on control? The president's job is not really to know everything. His job is very busy and to be informed on everything that happens just is not a reality. And by the way, this isn't happen-stance. There are people who are put in that . Ie; David Rockefeller. Since around FORD, DR gives a nod and the guy gets in.

He goes into a treatice on the Iraq War where we send in our troops, give up their lives, lay waste, only to have a fire sale of the Iraqi oil selling it off to Malaysian Big Oil Interests. Again, he mentions to read the aforementioned John PErkinds book.

Then he goes into WHY the whole middle east changes are happening now. It's all because of Wiki-Leaks. One idea gave way to massive , FAST change. He gave examples through history how fast changes occurred as in the French Revolution.

So in UFO Disclosure, this is the way it has to happen. But this is a multi-layer process because of all the "entities" involved. He says Hstory does not stand still. Truth is an irrestible force and he thinks Disclosure will be by way of a mojor sighting of some sort like Stephenville, TX or even in Phoenix, AZ.

It could also happen by way of Public Confessions, Declassified documents, a new cras occurs and somebody else gets there first, civilian lab ontains artifact or wreckage, or public confessions. As of now there are very many credible people out there talking about it but they are all talking to different groups. So to me all of this is going on all at the same time. The undercurrent is there and it seems RD is trying to say that we need one more catalyst in the mix to make it all blow up.

So how would civiliation deal with this if it were to happen? First and foremost will be SPIN. Things like "We are not alone", "Relations are peaceful", "No need to panic", "Let's go nice and slowly". So there will definitely be a paradigm shift. Personally, I think a lot of people will completely freak out. So, they want you to be a little afraid but not to the point of mass-panic.

Then next question then is how much disclosure will happen? Full disclosure is a pipe dream. A massive dump of information to the masses will never happen just simply because of the level of discombobulation of the nested black departments that exist now. There are just thousands upon thousands of photos, sightings, various evidence, etc.

So there will either be a partial disclosure or a deceptive disclosure. Partial gives a chance for them to still be able to stall and gain SPIN CONTROL. There's no way that the govt will allow this to get out of control if they can help it. The public will demand images but they most definitely will not show them. All of this will have to come from the people maybe? It's going to be a very difficult situation obviously because people will WANT/REQUIRE evidence but will it be given?

RD gave a great quote. He said "Disclosure is not the end of anything. It's the beginning of everything. ".

So then the questions from the masses will begin which will be very impossible for the public to understand. People will want to know WHERE WERE YOU during this time if you knew it existed. Not only that but where is the technology that you might have gotten. What is the structure of the UFO Secrecy? Also, what about the people being abducted? Why? How? And why were they totally traumatized?

So knowing that UFO Disclosure is going to be a battle STALLING will be the biggest challenge of the higher ups as they will NOT want to reveal the truth to the public.

There are even more quesitons that come to rise here so the question, in MY MIND, is are we EVER going to be ready for something like this? I can't say. Are you?
